Tracking Your Order
ToolSwap makes it simple to track your purchase every step of the way. Once your order ships, you’ll receive detailed tracking information so you can follow your item’s journey from the seller to your door.
How Tracking Works
After your order is placed, the seller ships your item and provides a valid tracking number.
Once tracking is added, you’ll receive an email notification with the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to track your package.

Selecting the order you want to track
Delivery Confirmation
When tracking shows your package as delivered, you’ll have 72 hours to inspect your item and confirm everything is as described.
If no issue is reported within that time frame, the sale automatically finalizes and the seller is paid.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors, your property office, or the shipping carrier for more information.
